Joe Rice is a Project Manager at Zero Foxtrot, where he specializes in driving operational efficiency, solving complex problems, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and with precision.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2018, where he was a four-year member of the men’s soccer team. After graduation, Joe pursued a professional soccer career, competing in the MLS and USL for seven years. During that time, he also earned his MBA from Bellevue University in 2024, with a concentration in Project Management, balancing the demands of both academic and professional athletics.

Through his athletic career, Joe developed a strong foundation in discipline, teamwork, and high-performance execution—skills he now brings to every project he leads. Known for his strengths in problem-solving, time management, and streamlining operations, he is committed to delivering results that create lasting value.
Outside of work, Joe enjoys traveling and spending time with friends and family.
