Jaran is a Project Manager/Safey Manager at Zero-Foxtrot, where he specializes in site management, payroll, and defining project scope. His responsibilities include setting budgets, managing risks, and maintaining consistent communication with superintendents throughout the project lifecycle.

Jaran graduated with honors from Norfolk State University with a degree in Business Marketing. During his time there, he was a four-year member of the baseball team, earned multiple Dean’s List honors, and was named to the all-conference academic team. He also served on the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee, representing student-athletes to leadership regarding NCAA regulations and policies.

Prior to joining Zero-Foxtrot, Jaran began his career as a Junior Project Manager at Talu within the Move & Transition Planning department. In this role, he developed move plans, coordinated logistics, and managed all phases of relocations for clients across the country, including projects in Washington D.C., Louisiana, Texas, and Oregon.
