Crew Foreman

My name is Dilcia Guevara. I was born in Honduras and I am 43 years old. I am a hardworking, responsible, and dedicated woman who is committed to every job opportunity I receive.

I have more than 8 years of experience in logistics, supervision, and industrial cleaning. I worked for 6 years as a Crew Chief for Star Moving Solutions, where I developed strong leadership, organization, teamwork, and customer service skills.

For the past 2 years, I have been working for Zero Foxtrot as a Foreman. I first worked as a Foreman in the Door Guard area, supervising personnel and ensuring safety procedures and operational standards were followed. Currently, I continue working as a Foreman in the cleaning department, coordinating work teams and maintaining high standards of organization, efficiency, and quality.

Outside of my professional life, I enjoy going to church, shopping, and playing soccer. These activities are an important part of my personal life and help me stay active and positive.
