Guillermo Montes is a Project Manager and Operations Logistics leader at Zerofoxtrot with a strong background in operations management, team leadership, and service excellence. Raised in the South Riding area of Northern Virginia, Guillermo developed a deep appreciation for hard work, professionalism, and leadership while building a passion for helping others grow and succeed.
He began his career at Ferguson, where he spent two years managing and supervising pipe yard operations while ensuring quality control, organization, and exceptional customer service standards. He later advanced into a management role at HuberWilmot Moving & Storage, where he overees daily operations for a workforce of 50–60 employees. In this role, he strengthened his expertise in logistics, operations, and problem-solving by ensuring every project was completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standards without compromise.
Five years ago, Guillermo joined ZeroFoxTrot, where he has played a key role in expanding operations and managing complex logistics across a wide range of projects and services. Under his leadership, the company has grown to a roster of more than 100 employees. As both an Operations and Project Manager, Guillermo is committed to delivering consistent, high-quality service across every job site while maintaining strong communication, accountability, and operational efficiency. He is recognized for his dedication, leadership, and ability to overcome challenges while ensuring projects run smoothly and clients receive exceptional service.Outside of his professional career, Guillermo enjoys spending quality time outdoors with his wife and energetic son, valuing family time and creating meaningful experiences together.
