Robert Weismiller

President

Robert Weismiller is the President of Zero-Foxtrot, where he leads the company’s strategic growth, operational execution, and client
engagement initiatives. He brings more than 18 years of leadership experience in personnel security, intelligence operations, policy development, and organizational management from the Federal Bureau of Investigation.

Prior to entering the private sector, Robert served in multiple leadership roles within the FBI, most recently as a Program Manager and
Supervisory Personnel Security Specialist within the FBI’s Suitability and Security Clearance Section. In that role, he oversaw personnel responsible for national security background investigations, security adjudications, and internal security operations. He also advised senior leadership on Federal Investigative Standards, Trusted Workforce 2.0 initiatives, and enterprise-wide personnel security policies.

Throughout his FBI career, Robert led multidisciplinary teams supporting complex operational and strategic initiatives, including personnel management, policy modernization, stakeholder engagement, project oversight, and interagency collaboration. He played a key role in developing and implementing security and operational policies aligned with evolving federal standards and organizational objectives.

Known for his mission-focused leadership style and ability to manage high-performing teams in complex environments, Robert brings a strategic and operational mindset to the private sector, with a focus on organizational growth, operational excellence, and long-term client success.
